Roxanne joined Insurance Providers Group in July 1998 as a Customer Service Representative. She is the commercial lines supervisor and has over 20 years of experience in property casualty insurance. She obtained her CISR designation in 2003 and her CRIS designation in 2011. She is responsible for servicing Commercial property and casualty clients and ensuring our clients obtain individualized service that meets their coverage with competitive rates. Roxanne is married and has three children. She is active in the community through Rotary/Interact, The Central Illinois Girl Scouts, and a Sunday school teacher.
