Kathleen provides customer service to commercial insurance clients. She has been in the insurance industry since graduating from the University of Illinois with a double major in Accountancy and Finance in 2005. Kathleen started her career as an underwriter for a national insurance carrier and made the move to the agency side in 2012 in order to be closer to family. Kathleen earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representation) designation in 2013. She has also earned the following insurance designations: Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), and Associate in General Insurance (INS). Kathleen resides in Sidney with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Sutton and Hallie.
